Friendly school nurse reminder!

If your child takes medication at school (this includes rescue medication like Epi pens, inhalers, or seizure medications), call your pediatrician now to get your school orders and beat the back-to-school craziness! Additionally, if your child has any dietary restrictions, please have the necessary form completed before the start of the new school year. Forms are attached or can be downloaded from the school website under Information, Health Forms. (Then attach the doctor's order form and parental consent.)
