Mrs. Pickle's English Language Arts Class

Hi my name is Mrs. Kaleigh Pickle and I will be your student's English Language Arts teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. This will be my fifth year teaching and my fourth year at  Grand Lake High School. I love teaching because it gives me a chance to interact and help shape the youth that will be the future of this nation and because I want to make a difference in every student’s life to ensure they are prepared for the future.

I went to school at Barbe High School and then McNeese State University where I earned my bachelor's degree and my master's degree in May of last year. I also teach competitive dance after school.

I have two miniature dachshunds named Draco and Ann and a German Shorthaired Pointer named Hans. I enjoy Disney movies, Avenger movies, and reading in my free time. I look forward to working with your child this year!
